(Only rated 5 stars so you can see) Ive been waiting for my orders over a month already. I contacted them after several times and they kept telling me to be patient , orders take 15-22 days ands its been longer 2 months. Im being ignored now by them once Im requesting my refund. Rediculous. Still no packages . Rude people. Bad . Dont buy or waste your time

Got a new phone and now I cant log in through Facebook. Please fix app issues!

Only thing is the prices. I wish they were cheaper.

First off, the clothes take forever to receive because it is coming from China. 2nd of all, the clothes look cute on the pictures but its very deceiving! You dont receive what the pictures show. The clothes are poorly made and awful material. That is my first and only experience with this place!

Its not perfect but it aint bad. Great prices, constant cupons and good deals on certain items. Tracking is not very good though but doesnt take too long

Just received my dress that I ordered and I <3 it!! It took almost a month to arrive though. Maybe use express shipping if you need your order in a hurry.

Yeah it takes forever for shipping since it ships from overseas, but I never buy anything thatll Ill be needing anytime soon. Plus you can use coupons and credits to get a cheaper price

I ordered a couple things although I only received probably a portion of what I ordered do not order from them I asked them for a refund and before they would respond the same day but the day I asked for a refund they never responded and still havent my best advice is do not conduct business with them product is made out of cheap material and the pictures they post of the product is from other websites.

Shipping Takes Forever, Still Till This Day I Havent Received My Things And Annie Had Told Me One Of My Packages Got Lost/Stolen And ONLY Gave Me A Refund Of $3 When I Paid $11 ! Ive Been Messaging Them But Nothing !

Shipping takes forever but the things I ordered were good quality

First time jeering from this site,see that shipping takes a while but thats expected when what you want come from over seas. They have a lot to offer with reasonable prices but on top of the good prices you get tons of coupons and credits to use towards your purchase

I have ordered several things from this app. Some have came quickly and others have taken longer. I wouldnt buy from here if you need something quickly. Over all Ive been happy with everything I have received and always had questions answered promptly.

Warning! My CC had random charges after after using this app. My sister recommend me this app to buy her Christmas gift... I ordered it and didnt think about it till a few days before Christmas wondering why I havent gotten the gift I check the app and it got lost and they were out of stock. Didnt mind that. Wished they would have emailed me. Then I was looking for things for me and I left them in the cart to think about the next day... Next day comes and they took the liberty of placing the order for me. I cancel all but one... Waited a month and I got a clip... I order an eyeliner... Their response was dumb. And didnt give me back my money. Then a few days later I started getting charged random amounts on my card up to 200 and had to cancel it and get a new one. This is and Amazon are the only two sites I have put my cc on.... So its safe to say that they have a security problem... STAY AWAY!

For the most part , chic me is a good app. They will SOMETIMES refund if the wrong item was sent out/broken, but Ive mostly received automatic refunds for parcels getting lost. Lost items have happened at least 3 times with this app, and I have been sent the wrong items 3times and one broken item. One complaint I would say is some vendors dont even check to see what they send out specifics wise. They just send you whatever they have in the pile which is sad. I have decided not to purchase anything else until I receive everything else I have ordered. Until then , aliexpress is my shopping venue. Chic me could use a little specifics work on their vendors . Sad to say , just being honest. Oh yeah one more thing: when you ask for a refund for the wrong item being sent, they start to ignore you. Not cool!

But thats okay. I got a dress the other day and its fabulous! It took almost a month but for the price Im not complaining.
